4. Audits and Guarantees
Our paid audit service includes a five-hour time-savings guarantee: if we cannot identify at least five hours per week of realistic time savings through reasonable, implementable tools and improvements based on the audit findings, the audit fee will be fully refunded. Specific terms of this guarantee are detailed at the time of booking.
5. Payments
Audit fees and project fees are due as specified at the time of booking or in your signed service agreement.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided (e.g., audit time-savings guarantee).
Late payments on ongoing services may result in pausing or termination of work.
